Hi, I’m Rosalind…
>Multi-disciplinary Designer
>Creative strategist
>Mother of two
>Small business supporter.
The eldest of 5 kids, I’m originally from Bellingen NSW and currently living in the Hunter Valley.
My creative life began with 4 years at a Steiner school where arts & connection to nature was a high priority, followed by having an amazing high school art teacher who encouraged experimentation.
In my “spare time” you’ll find me…
-Pottering in my home studio
-Looking after my children
-At a bootcamp class
-Feeding my brain with an online course
-Practising chaos magic
-Reading natal charts for friends
-Having friday morning coffees with my local tribe of self-employed mums
-Watering my 50+ houseplants
-Listening to podcasts while walking or cleaning.
Meet the Founder
19 years in the design industry, and 11 years running a small business.
I worked in hospitality for a decade, but after a family member was diagnosed with a brain tumour I re-evaluated my life & began studying Furniture Design, then Computer Graphics & Interactive Multimedia, and began my first job in the design industry at a small print shop.
Over the next decade I worked across a range of media including print, signage & promotional products, then eventually websites & social media, honing my technical toolkit & learning the client skills I would eventually need to run my own studio.
In 2014 I started my business to work flexibly around my family.
When my first baby was born, I took the leap and left my day job to focus on my business so I could gain autonomy over my schedule and focus on the clients I enjoyed working with the most.
My work has evolved from small design jobs like business cards & wedding stationery, to now offering brand & web design for self-employed changemakers, with the goal of creating sustainable fulfilling businesses for my clients through deeply personalised, meaningful design.
Now, as a work-at-home mother of two and established business owner, I’ve helped dozens of small business owners to either start or rebrand their businesses over the years, and I find it incredibly satisfying.
