Emily Gardem Nutrition

This project holds a special place in the studio's history. I went through Emily's Metabolic Balance program as a client while we were working on her brand together, which meant I was experiencing her approach first-hand in real time. What I found was a practitioner of rare depth and dedication, someone who treats the whole person with extraordinary care.

Designing for Emily felt like translating something I knew to be true into something the world could finally see. The brand needed to communicate precision and warmth simultaneously, communicating the rigour of a clinical approach held inside a genuinely human presence.

Since launching, Emily has expanded her practice, moved into a beautiful new workspace, and built a social media presence that genuinely reflects who she is. Watching it unfold has been one of the great joys of this work.
