Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Rosalind.
I’m a multi-disciplinary designer and creative strategist with 20 years of experience across brand, print, and digital design. I’m also a mother of two, a small business supporter, and someone deeply invested in building work that is thoughtful, ethical, and sustainable.
My career has unfolded across many layers of design. From early work in print and production environments to digital, web, and brand systems, I’ve spent two decades developing both technical depth and strategic clarity. What that experience has taught me is that good design isn’t just about how something looks, but how it supports real people, real lives, and businesses that are changing and growing.
In 2014, I founded my studio to create work on my own terms. Flexibility and autonomy mattered. So did choosing clients whose values aligned with my own. Becoming a mother sharpened that focus even further, reinforcing my belief that business can be ambitious without being extractive, and creative without becoming overwhelming or unsustainable.
Over the years, my work has evolved from small design projects into specialised brand and web design for self-employed women in wellness, creative, and purpose-led industries. Many of my clients reach a point where their work feels solid, but their brand no longer reflects who they’ve become. They’re not starting from scratch, they’re refining, consolidating, and preparing to be seen more clearly.
My approach is progressive, exploratory, and deeply personalised. I value clarity over noise, refinement over reinvention, and collaboration over hierarchy. As a feminist designer, I care about creating work that supports agency, confidence, and long-term sustainability, so clients feel grounded in their brand rather than second-guessing it.
Today, I run the studio from our Hunter Valley home in collaboration with a small network of trusted specialists. Clients work directly with me throughout the process, from first conversation to final delivery, which means decisions are made with care, context, and continuity.
If you’re looking for a design partner who brings experience, discernment, and calm guidance to your next stage of growth, you’re in the right place.
Snapshot of me as a human
Outside of client work, a few things that shape how I think and create:
I potter in my home studio with podcasts playing. Some of my best ideas arrive while my hands are busy and my mind is wandering.
I’m a work-at-home mum of two, which has trained me to design with clarity, efficiency, and respect for real life.
I walk a lot and go to bootcamp classes. Movement keeps my thinking sharp and my nervous system steady.
I’m usually midway through an online course or deep research spiral. Learning is my brain fuel.
I work with symbolic systems and read natal charts for friends. Pattern recognition comes naturally to me.
I have weekly coffee with my local circle of self-employed mums. Community matters.
I have more houseplants than necessary and do most of my thinking while walking or cleaning with headphones in.
